BBB releases its list for top five summer scams

Posted: Updated:
MADISON (WKOW) -- The Better Business Bureau has a warning consumers to watch of for scams this summer.

The BBB released its list of top five summer scams on Monday. The five scams the BBB tells consumers to look out for include scams involving vacations or travel, moving, concert tickets, door-to-door sales, and summer jobs.

The BBB says you should check the BBB's website to research companies and individuals before you work with them. If there is nothing on the website, the BBB suggests you dig deeper and Google the phone number or website to see if others have reported problems.
