Madison man convicted of fatally shooting his brother

MADISON (WKOW) -- A Madison man accused of fatally shooting his brother has plead guilty to a reduced homicide charge.

39-year-old Bonnell Hanger plead guilty to 2nd degree intentional homicide in the death of Fredrica Hanger. Police say Bonnell Hanger admitted to shooting his brother outside a home on East Wilson Street in early March.

Hanger faces up to 65 years in prison when he's sentenced in Dane County in about two months.
