Alcohol a factor in Sauk Co. rollover crash

TOWNSHIP OF TROY (WKOW) -- One person is dead after a single vehicle rollover crash early Sunday in Sauk County.

According to the Sauk County Sheriff's Office, officials responded to the crash on State Highway 60, less than a mile west of Cassel Road at 2:33 a.m. They say the pick-up truck was traveling east on State Highway 60 when the driver lost control while negotiating a curve and over-corrected the vehicle. This caused the vehicle to roll multiple times. The driver was partially ejected from the vehicle, and was pronounced dead at the crash. The name of the driver is pending upon notification of relatives.

The crash remains under investigation.The driver was not wearing a seat belt and alcohol was a factor in the crash.
