Wednesday storms leave damage behind in Sun Prairie

SUN PRAIRIE (WKOW) --- Many viewers have been sending in pictures of trees down across the eastern part of our viewing area.

Sun Prairie Police say no injuries have been reported, but there are lots of reports of property damage to homes and vehicles.

Initially 3,500 people in Sun Prairie were without power, now about 600 are without power as of 1:30 p.m. Wednesday.

Sun Prairie Police say they are searching to evaluate damage along with Dane County Emergency Management.

No supplies or volunteers are need at this time.
