MADISON (WKOW) -- A Madison woman is arrested after a disturbance on Madison's south side.

Police say 25-year old Amanda Bell had a baseball bat and was chasing a man through parking lots in the 4800 block of the Verona Frontage Road.

Officers arrested Bell, who kicked one officer in the stomach and spit at others.

A witness says Bell and the man she was chasing were having relationship issues.

Bell was arrested on two counts of disorderly conduct while armed, resisting arrest and a probation hold.
