LAKE HALLIE (WKOW) -- A Wisconsin police officer remains on the job for now despite being ticketed for drunk driving.

Part-time Lake Hallie officer Luke Gehweiler was picked up last week by Chippewa Falls police for running a red light, OWI, and refusing to take a breath test.

He had pleaded not guilty. No disciplinary action can be considered until the court cases are settled.
