TOWN OF OAK GROVE (WKOW) -- The Dodge County Sheriff's Office was called to the report of an accident Tuesday morning.

The crash happened on State Highway 33, just west of Sunset Road, shortly before 7:00 a.m.  Initial investigation reveals a 19-year-old Mayville woman was driving west bound when she crossed the center line and side swiped an east bound vehicle.  The 27-year-old Beaver Dam driver was not injured in the crash.  The west bound vehicle then collided, nearly head on, with another east bound vehicle.  The 31-year-old male driver, of Beaver Dam, was injured and pinned, as was the Mayville woman.

Both were extricated from their vehicles and transported to Beaver Dam Community Hospital.  The male driver was then flown by Flight for Life to UW Hospital.

Inattentive driving is believed to be a factor in the accident.  There was also dense fog in the area.  The accident remains under investigation by the Crash Investigation Team.

Numerous departments assisted at the scene.
