OSHKOSH (WKOW) -- One man is still in the hospital after being hit by a truck near Country USA Tuesday night in Oshkosh.

WBAY in Green Bay reports Brian Mancl, 23, was airlifted to UW-Madison Hospital with critical injuries. Two other people, 20-year-old Bobbie Kay Bush and 22-year-old James Neitzel, were also injured but have released from the hospital.

Police say the driver is 17-years-old and has been cooperating. He submitted to a blood test and officials do not believe alcohol was a factor in the crash.
