Janesville police need help identifying victims, man arrested for taking pictures in public bathroom

 JANESVILLE (WKOW) --- Janesville Police have arrested Joshua L. Miller on 2 counts of Capturing Representations Depicting Nudity.

Police say Miller was in the Women's bathroom at the Palmer Park wading pool pavilion on Thursday, June 26 from 5 p.m. until 6 p.m.

Officials need help identifying the people in the images and ask if you used the restroom and may have been a victim to contact Detective Erik Goth at 608-755-3148.

As part of his bond, Miller is ordered to not have intentional contact with minors, not take photos or videos, and not be in a city or county park.
