JANESVILLE (WKOW) -- Janesville Police officials say a man who has already been charged in connection to recording secret videotapes of unsuspecting adults and children at a Janesville pool bathroom Thursday also recorded pool-goers on two other days last week.

23-year old Joshua Miller is free on a signature bond on two counts of felony capturing an image of nudity without consent. His bail requires Miller stay away from children and take no videos or photos.

Authorities say on June 26, Miller hid in a bathroom stall at Palmer Wading Pool and videotaped people, until a parent reported to pool staff someone appeared to have occupied a bathroom stall for approximately two hours. A criminal complaint against Miller states a video appeared to show "...a girl approximately 6 -8 years of age removing a one piece swimsuit."

Detective Eric Goth says a search warrant was obtained for Miller's cell phone, and ten, potentially criminal videos were discovered, with recordings being made in the wading pool bathroom on two other days last week.

Goth says pool users have been contacting authorities to find out if they were victimized by this secret videotaping.

"Everybody is very concerned. They're very concerned about their kids, concerned about their own privacy, an they're also concerned about that fact that he is no longer in custody," Goth says.

Rock County's district attorney will have to decide whether to issue additional charges against Miller, and whether to revisit bail conditions.

27 News was unable to reach Miller for comment at his Janesville home.
