DODGE CO. (WKOW) -- A business owner is offering to help replace brass markers stolen from the graves of veterans in a Dodge county cemetery.

Dozens of the markers were taken from Oakwood Cemetery in Beaver Dam over the July 4th weekend.

That struck a nerve with Bruce Burrow, who owns a manufacturing company in Racine County.

"I saw that on the news this morning, and it being Independence Day," said Burrow. "It just kind of touched me."

Burrow's company makes ladder racks for vans and trucks, but also makes military plaques that he says could replace the stolen grave markers.
