JANESVILLE (WKOW) -- A Janesville man was arrested for his 5th OWI offense while having a revoked driving status.

It was around 12 a.m. Wednesday when an officer saw a pick-up truck make an illegal U-turn on Center Ave. in Janesville.  The officer checked registration, and he saw that the owner and driver, 43-year-old Robert Schuh, had a revoked driving status.

Schuh admitted to the officer that he had been drinking.  Schuh was found to be impaired during the sobriety tests, but the blood tests are still pending.

Besides the OWI charge, Schuh was cited for operating after revocation, no insurance, and illegal U-turn.
