WEST ALLIS (WKOW) --  It was another record-breaking year for the Wisconsin State Fair.

1,030,881 people came out this year, the second year in a row that attendance topped one million.

Both weekends brought out large crowds, including two of the highest paid attendance days in the history of the fair.

On Saturday, August 2, attendance reached more than 128,000. Saturday the 9th saw an even larger crowd of nearly 137,000.

Fair officials say it's long been considered one of the top fairs in the U.S.

The fair showcases the agriculture industry in Wisconsin, which generates more than $50 billion for the state every year.
