TOWN OF BELOIT (WKOW) -- Town of Beloit firefighters and mutual aid from the Town of Turtle Fire Department, were called to Dewey Avenue shortly after 10:00 Tuesday morning.

Upon arriving at the scene, firefighters found a detached two and a half story garage fully involved, with flames impeding the house just feet away.  Firefighters were able to keep flames away from the house until other crews arrived on scene to assist.

Everyone was able to evacuate without injury.  The fire was under control in 20 minutes, however, units did remain on scene until 12:45 p.m.

The garage, a Harley Davidson motorcycle and all other contents inside were destroyed.  It's estimated at $56,000 in damages.  The cause of the fire is listed as undetermined at this time, though they can't rule out electrical.
