Badgers draw four seed, set to host DePaul in NCAA Tournament First Round

 MADISON, Wis. – Fresh off winning the 2014 Big Ten Tournament championship, the Wisconsin women's soccer team earned the program's 18th berth into the NCAA tournament on Monday, as the fourth-seeded Badgers will open the tournament hosting DePaul University in the first round on Saturday at 7:30 p.m. at the McClimon Complex.

Their first NCAA tournament appearance since 2012, the Badgers own a 13-16-2 all-time record in the Big Dance.

This will mark just the second all-time meeting between Wisconsin and DePaul. The Badgers earned a 2-1 victory in Madison during the 2009 season.

Wisconsin head coach Paula Wilkins makes her 10th appearance in the NCAA tournament as a head coach and fourth with the Badgers.

Advanced tickets will go on-sale Tuesday at 8:30 a.m. and can be purchased until Friday at 4:30 p.m. Tickets are available online at UWBadgers.com, over the phone by calling 1.800.GO.BADGERS or 608.262.1440, or in person at the Wisconsin Athletic Ticket Office, between the business hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Tickets are $8 for adults, $4 for youth/students/seniors. Children under the age of two-years-old are free when accompanied by a ticketed adult.
