MUSCODA, Wis. (WKOW) -

They thought it was just a fire drill. Instead, it was a visit from the Green Bay Packers. On day three of their five-day tailgate tour around Wisconsin, the Packers stopped at Riverdale High School much to the delight of students such as Sydney Pulvermacher.

"I was surprised to actually see them here. Being from a small town, it's kind of exciting"

Current Packers Casey Hayward, Micah Hyde and Andrew Quarless took turns sharing life lessons.

"Hard work and dedication. If you live by that , you'll be successful," Hyde told the crowd.

Former Packer Gilbert Brown also gave lessons, but in a Gilbert Brown-type of way.

"You're a Bear fan right?" he asked a student. "It doesn't matter why you're a Bear fan. Get on back up there!"

It was a surprise that will stick with these students for a while. It was also a special moment for Quarless and the players.

"One of the kids in there asked me, 'Is the NFL everything you thought it would be?' It's everything I dreamed of to be doing things like this"
