 MOUNT HOREB, Wisconsin --

Coming home a state champ is impressive, but repeating is even more so. And Mount Horeb junior Nadia Williams has a chance to do so this weekend at the Division Two State Track and Field meet when she will try to defend her 200 meter title.

"That would be amazing and awesome."'

But Williams isn't the only one the other runners will have to worry about. Her twin sister, Jasmine, will be lacing up her cleats as well.

"I think it proves that we've been really pushing each other and that we've been accomplishing our goals together."

And in perfect twin fashion, Nadia completely agrees.

"Yeah it's pretty fun having your own sibling with you. You guys motivate each other and you always have that support behind you."

They'll race against each other in the 100 and 200, but they'll team up in the 4 by 200 relay. Nadia will also par-taking in the long jump.

Both girls say there will be no hard feelings no matter the outcome.

"100 and 200 we both want to win but we won't be mad at each other if one wins and one loses. But we'll just get the next one. And in the 4 by 2, we make sure that we actually win that one cause it'll be both our effort."
