GREEN BAY (WKOW) -- The Green Bay Packers are expanding their footprint in the Lambeau Field area.
The team will soon unveil plans for the 65 acres it owns just west of the stadium.
Some homeowners nearby are concerned about the impact any development will have on property values.
"Some people are frightened, it's the investment of their home and they're worried about it and we're trying to do all we can to buffer these home lots to make sure there isn't any kind of negative impact on them," said Mike Aubinger, Ashwaubenon Village President.
The new Titletown district is zoned for commercial development, but the Village of Ashwaubenon says restrictions are in place to protect residential neighborhoods nearby.
