VERONA (WKOW) -- One of Americas most recognized beer companies is collaborating with a Dane County brewery to bring back a brew from the 1930's.Pabst Brewing Company has selected Wisconsin Brewing Company to brew 'Old Tankard Ale', a classic post-prohibition American Ale from Pabst's brewing past.Under the agreement, Wisconsin Brewing Company will brew the ale in kegs.'Old Tankard Ale' will initially be sold on draft in Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, Minnesota and Michigan. It will then begin rolling out to additional states in the future.Earlier this year, Pabst announced that its headquarters will be returning to its old brewing ground and original tapping roots in Milwaukee.
