WISCONSIN DELLS (WKOW) -- One of the best attributes of fudge is its smooth creamy texture. And that is due in large part to the quality dairy ingredients that are used to create it. Jane Heller is the owner of Wisconsin Dairyland Fudge in Wisconsin Dells. She says, "We use about 3,000 pounds of butter and 600 gallons of cream in our candy. And we feel it shows in how it tastes."The store's pride for fresh dairy ingredients goes all the way back to Heller's father who founded the store.
