Polar Plunge this weekend to benefit Special Olympics of Wisconsin

MADISON (WKOW) -- Hundreds of people are expected to brave this year's Polar Plunge in Madison Saturday, February 13. 

The event at Willow Island at the Alliant Energy Center kicks off with check-in at 9:30 and goes for most of the day. There's even a Pee Wee Plunge for the kids at 11:00 a.m.! There will be live entertainment, food and drinks from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Plunging goes from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
