The Shirley Hood Memorial Breast Cancer Relief Foundation will host the "Spike for the Fight" volleyball tournament on June 4th at Shopiere Tap at 5227 E. County Road J in Clinton. Registration is $10 per person. Games start at 1:30 p.m. with team check-in at 12:00 p.m. that day. For more information on how to register, contact Nik Hood at (815) 607-4768 or by e-mail at nikhood07@icloud.com.

The event will feature raffles, 50/50, merchandise and music all to benefit the foundation, which gives money to breast cancer patients. In the past, it has given money to Beloit Memorial Hospital and SwedishAmerican Hospital in Rockford, Illinois.
