MADISON (WKOW) -- If you're looking for something fun to do this weekend, check out the 7th annual Puppies on Parmenter dog walk for OccuPaws.

OccuPaws raises and trains Guide Dogs and gives them free of charge to visually impaired adults and children in Wisconsin.

On Wednesday, Marlette Larson along with Courtney Sweet and guide dogs Cadet and Promise stopped by Wake Up Wisconsin to talk about the event.

Puppies on Parmenter will be held on Saturday May 21, 2016 from 11 am to 3 pm (registration begins at 10 am) starting and ending at the Capital Brewery Beer Garden in Middleton.

Participants are invited to bring their dogs and children for a stroll in downtown Middleton, followed by kids activities, music by Live at Nine, raffles all afternoon, a huge silent auction with many items, hot dogs and brats and of course Capital Brewery's selection of craft beers.

Cost is $5 per adults.  Kids and dogs are FREE!!
