Praise in the Prairie highlights a need in Sun Prairie

SUN PRAIRIE (WKOW) -- The faith based nonprofit Shelter from the Storm Ministries is preparing to host their 3rd Annual Praise in the Prairie event. 

The mission of Shelter from the Storm Ministries of Sun Prairie is to provide relief, rehabilitation and development for women and children who are homeless.

On Thursday, Robin Kostelnik and Riley Kane stopped by Wake Up Wisconsin to talk about the event.

Praise in the Prairie will be held Friday, June 3 at 6:30 p.m. and then on Saturday, June 4 from 11:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.  

The music festival will be held in Angell Park Dream Park at 314 Park Street in Sun Prairie.  The event is free and open to the public.  Check below for a full list of events.
