Music Theatre of Madison to perform "A New Brain"

MADISON (WKOW) -- Music Theatre of Madison will finish its tenth season with the musical "A New Brain" in a newly remodeled space.

Performances are July 8, 9, 14, 15 and 16 at 7:30 p.m. in the Fredric March Play Circle on the second floor of the Wisconsin Union at 800 Langdon Street. The space has just been redone. Tickets are $25 for adults and $21 for students. You can get them by calling (608) 265-ARTS or by heading to this website. There is a fee for buying tickets online. You won't be assessed a fee if you by tickets in person or at the door.

"A New Brain" tells the story of Gordon Schwinn, a composer who suffers a devastating brain disease. "It sounds like a sad story," says Executive Director Meghan Randolph. "But his brain plays hilarious tricks on him."
