Clement says he's ready to run at Michigan

MADISON (WKOW) -

Injuries have depleted the Badgers' running back corps for a couple weeks. However, it appears they will be close to full strength on Saturday at Michigan. Corey Clement said Tuesday his ankle has healed enough for him to be full-go.

"Feeling good. Back on my feet. Just doing what all I can. Coach always described it, 'If you're in-season healthy, then you're alright with us.' I put myself as in-season healthy. You're not going to play this game in the top notch shape that you want to be in, but if you consider yourself in-season healthy, you're 100%."

Clement played at Michigan State with a large wrap on his ankle. He rushed for 54 yards on 23 carries but did manage to score twice. The senior sat out of the Georgia State game the week prior to rest the injured ankle.
