Badgers check in at No. 8 in College Football Playoff rankings

The Wisconsin Badgers checked in at No. 8 in the first College Football Playoff rankings of the season. The top four teams make the College Football Playoff at the end of the season. Wisconsin travels to Northwestern on Saturday at 11 a.m.
