Sen. Kapenga says no to new road taxes on Capital City Sunday
MADISON (WKOW) -- Sen. Chris Kapenga (R-Delafield) explained why he believes the state doesn't need to raise new tax revenues to pay for road improvements on this week's edition of Capital City Sunday.
Plus, Brett Healy of the MacIver Institute and Jon Peacock of the Wisconsin Council on Children and Families debated the pros and cons of block grant funding for Medicaid - the federal/state government health insurance for impoverished adults.
