2 Navy SEALs investigated in death of Army Green Beret

WASHINGTON, D.C. (WKOW) -- Two Navy SEALs are being investigated in the death of an Army Green Beret.

In June, Army Staff Sergeant Logan Melgar was found strangled in Mali. U.S. officials confirm the military is looking into allegations two Navy SEAL Team 6 members killed him.

Retired Colonel Stephen Ganyard of the U.S. Marine Corp tells ABC News, "Rangers, Green Berets, SEALs.. .any special operations troops are so highly disciplined, so highly trained, something like this is almost unimaginable."

The two Navy SEALs have not been charged.
