COLUMBUS (WKOW) -- The former leader of the Midwest Horse Fair is accused of stealing money from the fair and altering records to cover her tracks.
According to the Wisconsin State Journal, 50-year-old Rhonda Reese took more than $238,000 from the fair's accounts and used them for personal reasons, like payments for her college tuition.
Reese was the executive director of the Midwest Horse Fair from 2007 until July of this year.
The Columbia County District Attorney expects to file charges in January.
