UPDATE -- Mr. Parker has returned home and is safe, according to the Wisconsin Department of Justice.


APPLETON (WKOW) -- Authorities need your help to find a man who hasn't been seen since Monday, February 12 at about 10 a.m.

64-year-old Haskel Parker was visiting his wife in Appleton and left between 10 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. to return home in Vilas County. 

He is 6 feet tall and weighs about 200 pounds.  He has dark brown hair with gray hair on the sides. He wears his hair in a long ponytail.  He has a goatee. His eyes are blue.

He was last seen in a flannel shirt, jeans, and cowboy boots.  He carries reading glasses in his pocket.  He wears a silver wedding ring.  He has a tattoo on his shoulder of praying hands.

He drives a maroon 2004 Mercury Sable with Wisconsin plates 526-WWX. A picture of a similar car is posted next to this web story.
