MADISON (WKOW) -- You may know him as Madison's Leprechaun, but Joe Herr also runs a non-profit in his son's memory to help other children.

Logan's Heart and Smiles builds ramps, lift beds, fences and other structures to help kids with disabilities. The adaptive structures improve their lives in many ways.

Joe also dresses up as "Sean Patrick" every year around St. Patrick's Day to put smiles on children's faces. He often visits hospitals in the Madison area. You can also see him in Madison's parade March 17.
