Madison (WKOW) -- Madison will most likely get hit with snow on Tuesday. Despite the expected bad weather, city road crews say this is business as usual for them and they'll be ready to clear the roads.

Bryan Johnson from the city of Madison Street Division said despite the weather, people should carry on with their plan. He adds that it being election day shouldn't stop people from getting out to vote.

"Don't let the snow deter you from voting. It's such an important thing to go out and make certain your voice is heard. It's probably going to be inconvenient having to fight the snow, but that's okay. We'll be out there doing everything that we can to keep the roads safe," Johnson said.

The city of Madison also asked drivers to be cautious on Tuesday to allow for extra time while traveling.
