MADISON (WKOW) -- Les Miserables is playing at the Overture Center right now.
The Tony-award winning musical is in Madison for a limited showing, now through Sunday, April 8.
Emily, Bautista, who plays Eponine, visited the WKOW studios to talk about the show. "You can expect the most iconic music. A lot of people know (the songs) "I Dreamed a Dream" and "On My Own." This musical follows these beautiful people in a world where society is not the most enjoyable. These people keep fighting and striving."
Bautista says despite the name, Les Miserables is a very uplifting story. "It shows the passion and the fight people have and it's timeless. People are always fighting for something."
