Chef Joel Olson from Hemmachef stopped by Wake Up Wisconsin Tuesday morning with some tips to heat up your meals.
Olson spoke about the difference between black, white, green and pink peppercorns. He also showed us how to season a steak properly. He recommends putting a crust of pepper on your beef before it hits the grill.
Chef Olson will be using those techniques in a series of taco classes taught at Hemmachef in Madison.
