WASHINGTON, D.C. (WKOW) -- CIA Director nominee Gina Haspel offered to withdraw her nomination, according to CNN.
CNN says White House officials raised concerns with Haspel about her ability to get confirmed and she offered to withdraw if that would help the situation.
As of Monday, her nomination still stands, according to sources.
The White House has been concerned about Haspel's past involvement with the CIA's now-defunct but controversial interrogation program after 9/11.
Still, administration officials say they believe she'll be confirmed.
Haspel's confirmation hearing is scheduled for Wednesday.
