MADISON (WKOW) -- Joel Olson from Hemmachef is giving us another cooking lesson on Wake Up Wisconsin.
Tuesday, he showed us how to trim the fat off a pork tenderloin and gave us a tip so your pork chop doesn't curl up when you cook it.
Olson says to keep your pork from becoming a "meat cup," cut away most of the fat on the outside, then take a knife or scissors to cut into the sides of the chop in several areas before you cook it. Click on the video to watch his demonstration.
