Local golf tournament raises money for parents who've lost children

Posted: Updated:

MADISON (WKOW) -- A local family is hosting a golf tournament at the end of June to help raise money for parents who've lost a child.

Peyton's Smile was started by Bill and Jenna Holland, who lost their daughter Peyton in 2015, as a way to help others within the community to “Find a Way to Smile” as they grieve the loss of their child. The Holland's goal is to provide comfort, support, and relief to families that find themselves in a similar situation that they found themselves in.

On June 30, the Hollands will host a charity golf event at Lake Windsor Country Club in Windsor. The event includes a golf tournament, a $3,000 cash prize, a dinner, and many fun events throughout the day.
