Looking to lose weight? A snack-all-day diet like this, where you can graze all day and into the evening, could help you lose up to eight pounds in a month, according to Good Housekeeping.
The snack-all-day diet allows you to eat six, 180-calorie snacks and a 300-calorie dinner every day. It's meant to controls your blood sugar so you don't feel famished. You can find a week's worth of menus of the diet in the August issue of Good Housekeeping Magazine.
Don't like what Good Housekeeping suggests for dinner? You can trade it for another dinner, or, in an emergency, for two snacks.
But with this plan, you have to control cravings, so be careful not to switch out some of the healthy snacks like nuts or dairy with some of the more sugary treats.
Good Housekeeping says eat all the veggies and herbs you want; they'll help you avoid bingeing on sugar and refined carbohydrates.
Good Housekeeping's snack-all-day diet plan has about 1,400 calories a day.
