WASHINGTON (AP) -- Wisconsin's House delgation voted 5-3 in favor of the Wall Street bailout package promoted by President Bush.
Voting in favor of the package were Democrats David Obey, Ron Kind, Gwen Moore and Tammy Baldwin, and Republican Paul Ryan.
Voting no were Republicans Jim Sensenbrenner and Thomas Petri, and Democrat Steve Kagen.
President Bush urged passage of the $700 billion compromise in order to "keep the crisis in our financial system from spreading" throughout the economy.
