LIMA TOWNSHIP, Wis. (AP) -- Animal rescue groups are working to find shelter for more than 80 endangered horses, goats, and llamas that need to be removed from a Rock County farm.
Nearly 30 pygmy goats have been turned over to foster care.
Spirit Horse Equine Rescue took 10 horses to temporary homes and is working to find space for the other 20 horses.
All thirty horses need rehabilitation, training and medical attention before they will be adoptable.
The Rock County Humane Society is searching for a place to move more than 20 llamas.
The animals are being removed from a farm in Lima Township, where the owner has agreed to release them after neighbors complained.
