We are a small start up company in LaValle. We have been pummeled since the beginning of the year. The financial collapse might be the final nail in the coffin. We had record snowfall this winter. That took time away from being able to work on our business. The flooding in June and the lost of our employee at the same time has put us in a position of not being able to complete our work and our fund raising in a timely manner. The flooding has also made other people's time very valuable and in very short supply. That has also made it very difficult to do our fund raising. We have run out of operating capital and with the collapse of the financial markets we no longer can get any shortterm loans to take us through the winter. We are trying every avenue that we can think of to get help. But we don't think we can get enough help soon enough.
