Madison (WKOW) -- The Wisconsin Supreme Court has ordered three judges to sit on the panel that will oversee the Honable Michael J. Gableman's disciplinary hearing.
The Honorable Harry G. Snyder, Judge of District 2, Court of Appeals will serve on the panel and also be the presiding Judge.
Also on the panel are the Honorable Ralph Adam Fine, Judge of District 1, Court of Appeals and the Honorable David G. Deininger, Reserve Judge.
Earlier this month, the Wisconsin Judicial Commission filed a formal complaint in the Wisconsin Supreme Court alleging that the Honorable Michael J. Gableman has engaged in judicial misconduct.
The Panel will then report its findings of fact, conclusions of law, and recommend discipline, if any, to the Supreme Court.
The Supreme Court will then review the report and issue a final decision in the case.
The allegations in the complaint must be proven to a reasonable certainty by clear and convincing evidence by the Judicial Commission.
The complaint and all proceedings on it are public.
