Bradshaw, who had court ordered Huber privileges, left the Public Safety Building Monday morning to attend a scheduled appointment at the Department of Transportation on Sheboygan Avenue.
Bradshaw never made it to his appointment and has not returned to the jail.
He is serving sentences for Operating a Motor Vehicle Without Owners Consent, Strangulation, Battery, False Imprisonment, and Felony Bail Jumping.
UPDATE (11/04 7:07am): On Monday, at approximately 5:24pm, Madison Police apprehended Deandre Bradshaw at an address in Madison and returned him to the Dane County Jail.
