CHARLOTTE AMALIE, U.S. Virgin Islands (AP) -- Trevon Hughes had 22 points to help No. 25 Wisconsin beat San Diego 64-49 on Sunday night in the Paradise Jam.
The Badgers (4-0) will face No. 2 Connecticut, a 76-63 winner over Miami, on Monday in the championship game in the eight-team tournament.
Brandon Johnson led San Diego (2-2) with 19 points on 5-for-8 shooting from 3-point range. San Diego will play Miami in the third-place game.
Wisconsin shot 48.8 percent, while holding the Toreros to 34.5 percent, and had a 22-16 advantage in points in the paint. The Badgers also had a 20-11 advantage in points off turnovers.
