Madison (WKOW) -- from Madison PD: Thursday afternoon, a woman was walking on the bike path near Allied Drive when a man walked up behind her.
She felt something pressed into her lower back that she later told police could have been a gun.
The man demanded her money and searched her pockets to find what she had on her, then ran off.
The victim described the suspect as a black man between 5'6" and 6', with a medium build, and wearing a black thigh-length down jacket, black hoodie pulled up, black mask where only eyes and mouth could be seen, with dark pants, and dark shoes. Victim thought the robber might have a moustache.
She also said he seemed "older" and had a "funky smell."
