Madison (WKOW) -- Brittney Zimmermann's former fiance has filed papers to block the release of his 911 call shortly after Zimmermann's murder.
Jordan Gonnering's lawyer filed the paperwork this morning.
Judge Richard Niess planned an afternoon teleconference on the paper, but the results of the conference have not yet been released.
The courts have not announced when the 911 tape will be release, but this new legal move may delay the release of the controversial recording.
