MADISON (WKOW) — 27 News won a Regional Edward R. Murrow Award.
The award is for Best Newscast. 27 News at 10 took home the award for our coverage of Kyle Rittenhouse's not guilty verdict. The newscast featured live team coverage from Kenosha and Madison. It covered local and national reaction to the verdict along with demonstrations that took place throughout the day.Â
Now, 27 News is nominated for the same category nationally.Â
