Braves end Brewers' season

ATLANTA (WKOW) -- The Atlanta Braves ended the Brewers' season by edging Milwaukee 5-4 in Game 4 of the National League Division Series.

Freddie Freeman hit a solo home run off of Josh Hader in the bottom of the eighth inning to break a 4-4 tie. Freeman had three hits in the contest.

The Brewers took the initial lead in the fourth inning. Omar Narvaez and Lorenzo Cain each drove in a run. The Braves tied it up with a two-run single from Eddie Rosario in the bottom of the inning.

Milwaukee regained the lead in the fifth inning when Rowdy Tellez hit a two-run homer to make it 4-2.

Atlanta again answered in the bottom of the fifth. Joc Pederson drove in a run with a fielder's choice. Then, Travis d'Arnaud brought in the tying run with a RBI single.

Eric Lauer drew the start for the Brewers. He allowed two runs over 3.2 innings. Hader was tagged for the loss.
